We identified a considerable number of users who enjoy posting content but struggle with ideas on what to post.
To engage these users, we introduced a feature allowing them to preselect content from provided templates and add a voice-over.
This resulted in a 30% increase in daily content creation and improved content quality.
After interacting with nearly 100 creators, we observed that most of them initially wrote their content in notebooks before voicing it out on the platform.
To streamline this process, we digitized the entire experience. Our new design allows creators to write their content directly on the platform and simultaneously record their voice, enhancing convenience and efficiency.
One significant observation was that many users were drawn to the app because they could interact with their favorite creators through comments.
A key insight from this is that providing creators with more tools to engage with users can greatly impact our KPIs.
Consequently, we introduced polls and quizzes, creating a loop where creators announce the results the next day. This strategy successfully encouraged daily user return, as they were highly interested in the outcomes.
