Having multiple login options is fine but emphasising on the primary login option which 80% of the users go after is essential – this insight helped improve our funnel drastically.
Marsplay had a strong creator community, which meant it had the product needed to have an incredible creator tool.
There were challenges in the existing flow where creators were not able to tag their clothes properly.
Nor there was any user guide while creating content. We observed the data and started improving the experience optimising for each step the creator might take or need guidance on.
We ruled out all the possibilities where a creator might get stuck posting content; therefore we were able to improve the funnel by 40%.
In the entire experience, a basic feedback loop was missing and there were no visual cues wherever necessary which lead to a drop-off.

After making lots of user calls and feedback sessions with creators, we realised some loopholes in our creator funnel.
